Threat Assessment and Threat Management

•	Initial screening of threat of violence cases and ongoing assessment consultation
•	Formal face-to-face clinical threat assessments
•	Recommendations on case management strategies, crisis and ongoing
•	Development of threat management programs to detect, manage, and prevent threatening or fear provoking situations in the workplace
•	Training of threat management teams, senior executives, managers, supervisors, and employees
•	Consultation and intervention for otherwise serious employee behavioral situations (e.g. psychosis, suicide risk, substance abuse, issues of character, and difficult or litigious employees), which impact both the individual and the work group

Conflict Management

•	Individual, joint, and group consultation to address interpersonal conflict between employees, employees and supervisors or managers, or within workgroups
•	Training for managers and human resource professionals on identification of conflict prone personality types and conflict management strategies
•	Development of alternate dispute resolution programs

Trauma Reduction and Preparedness*

•	Crisis intervention and traumatic incident stress debriefing with victims
•	Consultation for leaders on traumatic incident management
•	Training of human resource, security and line managers in effective responses to workplace traumatic events, such as homicides, acts of terrorism, robberies, bomb threats, employee deaths, serious accidents, and natural disasters
